Senior Legal Secretary - Property
Our client, a well-regarded mid-sized law firm, is looking for a Senior Legal Secretary to join their property team. Based in modern waterfront offices in the CBD, you'll support lawyers across a varied mix of commercial and residential work, with the autonomy and trust that come with being a senior member of the team.
The opportunity
This is a senior role supporting lawyers across a varied mix of commercial, residential and mixed-use property work. You'll manage transactions from instruction through to settlement, support development and construction projects, and work confidently with online legal forms and e-dealing. You'll own your workload, keep matters moving without close supervision, and handle billing alongside general secretarial and administrative support. A market-rate salary reflecting your experience is on offer.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' legal secretarial experience in property
- Strong e-dealing and online legal forms experience
- Excellent organisation, with the ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
- Billing experience and a solid administration background
- A positive, professional approach and a collaborative working style
