Property Lawyer – 3+ PQE | CBD

This well-established boutique firm in Auckland’s CBD has built a strong reputation for providing practical, high-quality advice to a loyal client base. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a capable Property Lawyer to join their experienced team.

This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and develop strong relationships with clients.  You’ll work across a broad mix of property and commercial matters, including:
• Residential conveyancing, including acting for developers
• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Business sales and purchases
• Commercial leasing, including drafting and variations
• Share sales and purchases
• Company shareholders’ agreements and general company matters
• Drafting and advising on general commercial contracts

About you
You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience in property law and be comfortable handling residential conveyancing and commercial property matters. You enjoy working directly with clients and take a practical, solutions-focused approach to your work. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage files independently will help you succeed in this role.
