This role will suit a lawyer with 4+ years’ experience in corporate commercial and property law who is keen to join a supportive boutique firm, work closely with experienced partners, and build a career in Australia.

About the firm
This is a boutique law firm based in the CBD, well known for delivering practical, commercially focused advice. The firm has a strong commercial practice alongside a dedicated property law division.
You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team led by two highly experienced Partners. The culture is relaxed, flexible and professional, with a genuine focus on collaboration and quality work. You will report to the Commercial Partner and work closely with a supportive and experienced team.

About this role
This is a hands-on corporate commercial and property role with exposure to a wide range of matters. You’ll work on company set-ups, transactions and restructures, M&A and joint ventures, alongside commercial property-related work including acquisitions, disposals and leasing. The role also includes capital raisings, finance matters and ongoing commercial and governance advice. You’ll deal directly with a diverse client base ranging from high-net-worth individuals and SMEs to larger corporates, with real responsibility from day one.
