The role
You'll work across a varied practice with a focus on residential and commercial property transactions, alongside trusts, wills, estates, and succession planning. The role offers hands-on responsibility, meaningful client contact, and the chance to build trusted, long-term relationships.
You will manage matters from instruction through to settlement, delivering clear, practical advice and working closely with colleagues in a collaborative and professional environment.

What you'll be doing

• Managing residential and commercial property transactions end to end
• Drafting and negotiating property-related agreements and documentation
• Advising on trusts, estate planning, and administration
• Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and related estate documents
• Liaising with clients and professional advisers to ensure smooth outcomes

About you

• Around 4+ years' experience in property and private client law
• Strong experience across residential and commercial property transactions
• Working knowledge of the Trusts Act 2019
• Client-focused, practical, and commercially minded
• Strong drafting skills and clear communication style
• Interested in building long-term client relationships and developing your practice
