Intermediate Property Solicitor | Auckland CBD
Our client, a top-tier national law firm, is looking for an intermediate property solicitor (3+ years’ PQE) to join its highly regarded real estate team in Auckland.
This is a chance to work on transactions that genuinely matter: large-scale developments; infrastructure across transport, energy, water and data centres; and significant commercial deals for a mix of corporate, offshore, iwi and government clients. A background in development, public works, overseas investment, Māori land, forestry or rural property would be valued.
Day to day, you’ll work on acquisitions, disposals, major leasing and subdivision alongside market-leading partners. You’ll be commercially sharp, comfortable running a full and varied workload, and good at building trust with clients and colleagues.
