Intermediate Legal Executive – Residential Conveyancing
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Legal Executive to join a well-established team specialising in residential conveyancing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and driven Legal Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
   
About the Role
In this role, you will:

• Manage residential conveyancing for a diverse range of clients, including regular investors, first-home buyers, high-net-worth clients, and refinancing transactions.
• Work independently, handling your own secretarial tasks, with support from an office junior for general admin duties.
• Collaborate with a team of senior Legal Executives who focus on development work.
• Report directly to a Senior Associate and benefit from the support of other Legal Executives.
• If you have the skills to do estate administration, wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPOAs), and trust work this would be beneficial but not essential.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing as a Legal Executive (this is not a junior role).
• Strong communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for your legal career.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a process-driven approach.
