About You

• 3+ years’ experience in corporate and commercial law
• Experience gained in a top-tier, boutique, or large provincial firm
• Transactional experience, with an interest in broader commercial work
• Strong technical skills and sound commercial judgment
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted client relationships
