The Role
You will work closely with experienced corporate partners on a range of business, commercial, and property transactions. This is a hands-on role providing exposure to quality clients and high-profile matters.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate, commercial, and property transactions
• Support partners on client matters and negotiations
• Draft and review contracts and agreements
• Coordinate aspects of transactions with internal teams and clients

 
About You
You have 3+ years' experience in corporate and commercial law from a top-tier, boutique, or large provincial firm. You bring transactional experience, strong technical skills, and commercial judgment. You are collaborative, able to build trusted client relationships, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
