Commercial Property Lawyer

We are currently seeking an experienced property solicitor to join this close-knit and highly regarded team. Ideally, you will have at least three years' experience in residential and commercial property law, and enjoy working in the commercial property space.
You will work alongside some of the country's leading property owners, managers, retailers and property investors, advising on a wide range of commercial property management, development and leasing matters.

The work is varied and engaging, including retail and commercial leasing, construction law (design and build), conveyancing, subdivisions, financing arrangements and general commercial agreements. You will take pride in delivering excellent legal advice and enjoy building strong client relationships - daily client contact is assured.
