Under the referral reward offer both the person who refers a candidate and the person referred to Legal Personnel, who is placed, will be eligible to choose a gift. The gift is conditional upon Legal Personnel’s obligation to the client and the three month guarantee period as part of our terms of business. The candidate placed would need to have fulfilled this three month guarantee period before the reward is confirmed.

Placement of partners, associates and solicitors with a gift value up to $200.

Placement of practice management, legal executives, legal secretaries, legal trust accounts, legal accounts, support staff and specialist legal positions with a gift value up to $100.

Temporary and contract candidate placements need to be placed in an assignment or series of assignments for 3 months or more to qualify for a gift value up to $50.

This offer is valid for 12 months from confirmation of the referrals reward.
