Yes – we provide a three month guarantee on all staff that we recruit. During this guarantee period, we regularly follow-up with both the new employee and you as an employer to ensure that all is going well and any issues are addressed and resolved.
We have been known to take a flexible approach with some of our loyal clients
- Client A: Legal Personnel was instructed to recruit and placed a receptionist/secretary in a firm. The candidate resigned during the guarantee period and left the firm after this period had expired, however Legal Personnel recruited and replaced this candidate without further charge.
- Client B: Legal Personnel was instructed to recruit and placed a legal executive in a firm. Early on, an extended guarantee on this candidate was offered, to allow the client to work through a specific issue.
