Katharine has six years experience within HR and recruitment, focusing on the UK professional services and legal market.  Having escaped the snow and rain of London to spend a year in New Zealand, she brings with her experience of working with some of the world’s leading law firms.  Her background in executive search has allowed her to develop an astute awareness of both clients’ and candidates’ needs, ensuring a consultative approach and commitment to achieving a successful outcome.

Katharine enjoys travel and literature and whilst here in New Zealand she is developing a love of tramping and a mild obsession with finding the perfect flat white.
