Elizabeth brings a complement of several years experience in the legal profession as a legal secretary and a substantial career including the disciplines of staff management, assessment and retention in the hospitality sector. Her natural empathy and intuitive understanding of staffing and client requirements enables her to have a special balance within her professional delivery, drawing on a practical and down to earth approach honed from years of interaction with people at all levels.

Elizabeth is addicted to chocolate, RPM classes and adventure, as well as spending time at the family bach at Whangamata with family and friends.
