Alison draws on over two years recruitment experience as an HR Officer for a leading law firm in London, bringing an intelligent and insightful approach to our industry. She holds a BA in Sociology and a Graduate Diploma in Management and, after graduating, joined a global management firm as an analyst. Overseas travel took her throughout South East Asia which included a teaching assignment in Japan and ultimately the launch of her recruitment career in the UK. Her natural sincerity and enthusiasm combined with her clear sense of professionalism in client and candidate care adds a special quality to her consulting skills.

Alison lives with her husband Cameron in the central city, where she enjoys meeting with friends and eating out at her favourite restaurants. She keeps fit, takes part in half marathons, setting new goals each season and enjoys the best of Auckland life.

Alison is currently on maternity leave until March 2011. She gave birth to James William Michael Frith on 9 April 2010.
